TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEFINITIONS

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

"BCLC" means British Columbia Lottery Corporation;
"Community Gaming Centre" (CGC) means a licensed gaming centre operated by Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Limited in accordance with the Gaming Control Act of British Columbia; and
"We/Us" means Chances Casino Signal Point, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

USE OF FACILITIES

The use of Chances Casino Signal Point's facilities is subject to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable gaming regulations.

AGE RESTRICTION

Only individuals 19 years or older may enter the premises and participate in gaming activities. It is each individual's responsibility to ensure they meet this age requirement and provide valid identification upon request.

IDENTIFICATION

To access our facilities, patrons must present valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver's license, passport). We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation if a patron fails to provide acceptable identification.

SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM

We participate in BCLC's self-exclusion program. Any individual who has voluntarily excluded themselves from participating in gaming activities at all British Columbia casinos and community gaming centres will not be permitted access to our facilities.

GAMING RESPONSIBILITY

Chances Casino Signal Point is committed to responsible gaming practices and encourages patrons to gamble responsibly. For assistance with setting deposit limits, taking breaks, or excluding oneself from gaming activities, please contact a GameSense Advisor at one of our venues or refer to the BCLC's website.

INDEMNIFICATION

Each patron agrees to indemnify us against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including legal fees), or other liabilities arising out of their use of Chances Casino Signal Point's facilities or participation in gaming activities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage (whether resulting from negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise) that arises out of the patron's use of our facilities or participation in gaming activities.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Patrons will be deemed to have accepted such modifications if they continue using Chances Casino Signal Point's facilities after a change has been implemented.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the Arbitration Act of British Columbia, as amended.

GOVERNING LANGUAGE

The English language version of these Terms and Conditions will prevail over any other translation.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Chances Casino Signal Point and each patron and supersede all prior agreements or understandings between them.

AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS

Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions require written approval from both parties, except for changes made in accordance with Section 10 (Changes to Terms and Conditions).

By entering our facilities or participating in gaming activities at Chances Casino Signal Point, each patron acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of these Terms and Conditions.
